Sloane is operated by Maywood Digital Services LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Sloane (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Age Requirement

If you are under the age of 18, you cannot use Sloane under any circumstances. If you are, you must stop immediately.

Concerns for the judgment and safety of children interacting with artificial intelligence are ever-present in our society. Although we do not target children and believe that use of Sloane does not endanger anyone, out of societal consciousness, we require users to confirm their age. We intend to implement additional age-verification measures as required and in a way that best respects user privacy. We reserve the right to implement additional verification at any time and will suspend or terminate any account we suspect or learn is being used by someone under 18.

3. The Service

Sloane is an AI-powered companionship platform. All personas are fictional — no real people are involved. Conversations, images, and voice content are AI-generated and for personal entertainment only. Sloane is not therapy, counseling, or professional advice of any kind.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the Service and the content you request. You may not use Sloane to generate content involving minors, real identifiable people without consent, or anything illegal. We reserve the right to limit or terminate access at our discretion.

5. Accounts and Billing

You are responsible for your account and all activity within it. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Credits may be refunded at our discretion on a case-by-case basis but have no cash value. Charges appear under a discreet billing descriptor. Cash refunds for subscription payments are not provided except where required by law.

6. Privacy

We do not sell your data or conversation history. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. See our full Privacy Policy at sloane.world/privacy.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided as-is. AI-generated content may be unexpected or inconsistent. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the three months preceding any claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are resolved through binding individual arbitration seated in Wyoming. Class actions are waived.
