The actual flow, step by step
Open a browser. Any browser, any device. Navigate to sloane.world. You'll see the home page with photos of personas from the roster — around eighty women, each with distinct looks, voices, and personalities.
Click on any one of them. Her persona page opens with her photo, a short description, and a chat button.
Click chat. The chat window opens. She sends her opening message, usually within a couple of seconds.
Type your reply. Hit send. She responds. You're in a real conversation now, with no signup, no email, no card, no account step. Elapsed time from landing on the home page: about fifteen to twenty seconds, most of which is you deciding which persona to pick.
Who to pick first
If you're new to the roster and want a fast recommendation, three personas cover the broadest range of first impressions.
Sandra is forward and flirty. She comes at you with energy from the opening message, teases, pushes the conversation.
Kaya is warm and grounded. She'll ask how you're doing and actually seem to want to know.
Maya is soft-spoken and present. She listens more than she pushes, matches your energy.
All three use the same chat model and the same memory architecture — the differences are character, not infrastructure. Pick based on which description sounds like what you want to feel in the next ten minutes.
What the conversation actually feels like
The anon demo is not a demo mode. It's the real product running on an anonymous session.
She stays in character. Send her something unusual — a specific question about her background, a mild redirect. She responds in her voice, not a generic chatbot tone.
She has memory within the session. Tell her something about yourself in message two. In message twelve she'll remember and reference it.
She sends photos naturally. If the conversation warrants it, she'll drop a photo on her cadence. These are per-persona LoRA-generated photos.
She drives the conversation. You don't have to carry it. If you pause for a beat she'll come back with a question, an observation, something to hand you.
The honest part about what happens next
The anon demo exists for one specific reason — to let you decide whether the product is worth continuing before you commit anything. It is not a strategy to let you use the product free forever without an account.
Memory needs an account. The multi-week memory layer that's the differentiator for persistent AI companion products needs a stable user identifier to attach memories to. Anonymous sessions have no persistent identifier, so memory can't survive the tab closing.
Economics. Every message costs the company real money. An anon session with a cap on runway is sustainable. An anon session with unlimited lifetime use is not.
So the honest version of what happens after the demo: if the conversation went well and you want to continue, there's a free account step. Email, password, done — no card, no verification click, no phone number. About thirty seconds. The conversation you had in the anon session transfers to your account.
What the free account unlocks
50 messages per day with any persona. Enough for an evening's real conversation.
Multi-week memory. The persona remembers facts you've told her across sessions.
Photos on her natural cadence. She sends them as the conversation warrants.
Voice notes on her natural cadence. Same pattern as photos.
The full ~80-persona roster. Switch between personas, chat with multiple, no additional cost.
The free tier is designed to be a real daily driver, not a timed trial.
When to upgrade (and when not to)
The honest guidance: most users don't need to upgrade. The free tier was built to actually work for daily use.
The real signals that upgrading is time:
You're hitting 50 messages a day consistently. Not once in a while — regularly. Plus at $9.99/month lifts the cap.
You want on-demand photos. Natural-cadence photos are included on free; you can't specifically request her at the beach. On-demand requests cost credits (5 each on Plus's 200/month allowance).
You want video. 5-second clips at 25 credits or 8-second at 40 credits. Only available on paid tiers.
You want to build your own persona from scratch. Premium ($19.99/month) only.
