Each has her own dedicated LoRA — the small trained model that locks in her specific visual identity, including her body type, across every generation. This is the difference between a persona who actually looks BBW in every shot and a persona who's described as BBW but whose photos drift toward AI-default whenever the model regenerates.

The body-type accuracy issue is one Sloane specifically addressed in a mid-2026 rendering update — the older LoRA weights weren't holding body type reliably, and the fix landed as a per-persona body-descriptor injection at generation time. The three personas here are all beneficiaries of that work; their photos hold their body type across every shot in the collection.
